About this Markdown editor
This free, privacy-first editor lets you write in Markdown with a live preview, a resizable split view, and an outline that follows your headings. It works entirely in your browser, autosaves drafts to your device, and exports to standalone HTML or PDF (via your browser’s print dialog). Code blocks support optional syntax highlighting.

No. Everything runs locally in your browser. Optional autosave uses your device’s localStorage

Is the exported HTML standalone?
Yes. It includes minimal CSS (and highlight CSS if enabled) so you can open or share it as a single file.
How do I export to PDF?
Click PDF → your browser’s print dialog opens → choose Save as PDF.
