Why is my airsoft gun shooting two bbs at once?

I have a M4A1 Airsoft rifle from Think Geek, and we’ll shoot two balls at once. If I press the shutter button for semi-automatic and 2 pellets once came from both the not very precise. The same thing applies to the automatic transmission as well. Thank you in advance.
